Try disconnecting the trailer from the tow ball and angle the trailer down using the jockey wheel so the ramp is less steep. Put a block of wood under the rear of the trailer to pack it then fit ramp and easily drive the bike onto the trailer safely with no skidding or catching bottom of bike on trailer etc.

Just lower jockey wheel and relocate on tow ball.
