Thats like a mid-scope. not a hard scope and not a quick scope. When you quickscope you shouldnt be able to see the enemy in your scope in the killcam. or round ending cam etc. i use 10 senseitivity and intervention FMJ. I find it hard to QS with anything else. Practice makes perfect.

Note to all watching this. This video is completely old. 65% of the tips here are not updated to the original and black ops comes out in less than 2 weeks. I will have a Black Ops Quick-scoping tutorial about a month in once i can effectively test the sniper in the new game.

try using hearbeat sensor instead of FMJ.. it gives alot less hitmarkers than fmj..trust me. try it for a couple of games and then use fmj. u will see the difference

Ok cheers for that Strefy , i think im possibly moving about unintentionally as im taking the shot throwing my aim off when i shoot as im still having a low sucess rate lag may also be a culprit as i generally seem to do better in private games hosted more locally , i'm sure your overwhelmed with help requests but if you do any lobbys again or 1 vs1's let me know as i could use some decent practice time , i'll pm you my tag incase you do

@benboy80 You want to be momentarily still when taking a shot. Make sure you can take a shot, not take a shot wide open and get lit up with bullets. Also holding your breath and not holding it are complete personal preference. If you need anymore help send me a PM. I'll be happy to answer.

Some helpful tips there thanks ! i still suck atm :( been trying for about a month now (not that long really i know ) , one question i do have is when you do a quick scope you have to momentarially be still but do you bother to hold your breath or doesnt it really make any difference ?
