@DiegoFoster Yeah. When I was creating my sim, I had the perfect mouth and then I was chosing the eyes, and she moved and I changed her mouth by mistake D: But now shes perfect! :)

Last time you could sort of change your gender. It's all about voice, the obvious clothing, and sometimes the eyes and hair.
