You sell your labor or your products and you buy what others have produced. The whole point of capitalism is to make deals for mutual benefit- so it is with labor. The employer has use for the employee's labor, so he pays him to get work done so that he'll have products to sell.

But as a matter of fact, I do grow all my own food, I brew my own beer and my clothes are all made by friends who grow their own hemp (not the kind you smoke). She is not stuped she is right I have fled a country where socialism was so bad that the doctors refused to see you because they said that they were tired and that was with people with serious medical conditions. I just hope and pray that the place where I thought I will make my last stand will not tumble anmd fall for the easy way out. PLEASE AMERICA I BELIEFE IN YOU.

Specter is one of the few politicians who actually care what the people think. He's not blindly corrupted by lobbyist or political lines like the majority in office.
Although I disagree with him on this issue, I can only hope he see's the light...

when two illegal and immoral wars started in 2001 there were massive demonstrations and outrage. Very little was reported in the media. Every Bush media event was staged at a military base where there was no outrage shown. The Patriot act came and destroyed many of our rights. We are all being spied on by the NSA and no outrage. All it takes is media coverage to really get a movement going. Coverage is only given to groups and causes that the elites support. !
