question.... the black ugly thing that usually holds the back lights? Where did it go? Is this a mod that you did or that you can purchase? Just curious what I need to do to get rid of that black fender thing in the back that holds the lights, but still keep my lights that are essential, brake lights, blinkers.
nice vid.i was wondering,i wanna get one of those one of these days.but dont know if i will be familiar with this, cause i have a gillera runner 180,and i have drive only yamaha z125 and an 125sm aprilia.what d u think, can i handle it ?
Respond to this video...hey how is the bike like is it like the yz250f and 450 f where you have to do oil changes like every 10 hours and check valves every 20? is it allot of maintenence?
@mrLECHOO it is a bit powerful for your experiences... better try wr125x wich is perfect for learning.. you see.. you must know how to get it through corners too..
i was that way, until i got my WR250X today. Awesome bike! If there is anybody on the fence about getting a $6200 250cc supermoto, get this thing! it's awesome!
It's a screamer. i've pinned it up to maybe 11,000 rpm (no tach) and this thing moves. If you're used to any supersport bikes, then this will be slow. but other than the power, this is a really fun bike
Well, I have a 2001 WR426F And I love it. But it is not street legal, and the gears are not setup for the street. I have been looking for a good supermoto style street legal bike. I am just wondering if I would be happy with the WR250X or if I would want more bike. Like a 450 or 550. I like yamaha, but the WR250X is the only street legal supermoto they make.
you should throw a set of super moto tires w/ exel rims and a -2 rear sprocket on b4 you purchase anything! As long as you dont live in CA you can get it legalized for the street..just takes some persistance and little equipment.
It may be a stupid question but i just found about these bikes but can you ride these on the highway like a regular sportbike? and whats their top speed? Thanx
those bikes are so badass i want one i still cant decide on a WR250X, Ninja 250R, or a Hyosung GT250R so far this is my first pick since i used to race motocross until i lost interest in it and wanted to move on to something fast like my 62 chevy biscayne and now i want a street bike
nice wrx, my beagle is named lilly too!

You'd probably be disappointed, since the 426 is a beast. The only problem is, other than the DRZ400SM, most 400cc+ SuMos are around $9000

If you think you need more bike then have a look at the Aprilia SXV550 or 450, or maybe a husqvarna 650smi or w.e they are. GL.
