The kids using a looper which means he can play something (for example the pick scrapes for the drum sound) And loop it continuously. He does this so he has several loops for the organ, the drums and the bass sounds and then plays the guitar and guitar solo bit. he then cuts all the loops and turns on a distorted effect to let the feedback make a fuzz noise. So therefore i think you will find he actually did do all of this on one guitar. now give the lad some credit
