  • i wish i could see wtf u were doing with those letters in the way

  • @DominicanGrip45

Maybe you could try reading the letters?

  • ok all you frikin haters there is an E# i should know being a band nerd there are several times when its more appropriate to use a E# instead of a F foor examplle if your playing a song or scale like Gmajor (1 F#) then if theres a spot the composer wants you to play F then instead of putting in a Fnatural you can just play E# its easier

  • The second I saw E# after an F, i facepalmed so hard, my face was flat. get it?

  • Nice job don't listen to these fools

  • I find it very useful. Thanks from Spain!

  • Comment removed

  • umm i don't want to be a dick but thers no such key as e# ther is no black key in the middle of f or e so umm even on a shit keyboard u need to learn your stuff again

  • @MDNKiller you are wrong, E# is F, Fb is E... But if you took piano lessons at any point you would know that.

  • @MDNKiller

honestly i dont know how many more times i have to say it. All my replies are listed at the top. It's getting very aggravating to constantly have to say this over and over again. You know, i was 14 when i made this. I'm almost 17 now. I've never taken a piano lesson in my life. All i knew was some notes and what not. I didnt even know how to use the editor very good. So there are TYPOS in the video. Keep that in mind. If you knew what you were talking about you'd know e# IS F dude..

  • @MDNKiller Actually, there is an E#, which is F, and Fb is E. Same with B# being C and Cb being B.

  • @MDNKiller You can call F E sharp if you like, Sharps and flats are not necessarily black keys.

  • @MDNKiller Yeah I'm sorry man, but E# does exist. Order of Flats: BEADGCF Order of Sharps: FCGDAEB Yeah again, not to be a jerk but don't insult anybody if you're wrong yourself.

  • @MDNKiller buddy...if you know about music...you wouldnt have made that comment. Its something called...enharmonics. Its when a note is written differently but sounds the same.

  • did you just figure out this by ear? you are gifted, I couldn't have done it by my self in a million years. Thanks for sharing man!

  • this sucks

  • @mycatissuperfat

    35k views says otherwise

  • @mycatissuperfat did I see ur tutorial?

  • if you can't even recognize notes why are you trying to learn THIS song?

  • Leave him he makes a tutorial and u dont so if u can do it better i want to see it

  • what toon do you do the second part in? i checked the other coments but i could find it

  • @MichaelpwndU

Its called "BrassENS". But can be substituted with "SawLead"

  • magicmaker i don't mean to be rude i know the wholw first part and i think the video is going to really help, just nexttime can you make the video more clear?

  • @MichaelpwndU

This video is 2 years old. I didn't know a whole lot then. And i dont really plan on making anymore piano videos. As i do not know how to read sheet or anything. Im sorry if you cant get much out of the video. :l

  • What tone is this in

  • @blakestaboytellem

read previous comments, your question was answered there.

  • Ummm... Isnt that Eb/D#, not E#? E# is Just F... So basically, at the beginning, you told us to play F, F, F, F, C, C, F...

  • @JGSaxBaby

DUDE. you are like the 20th person to keep on with me about it. I dont know anything about piano. Yes, there are typos. Just follow my fingers.

  • @Magicmaker1234 Sorry bro, honestly didn't realize that. But great video and thanks, btw!

  • @JGSaxBaby

no problem. Just trying to get the message out there that im just trying to help. And given this was almost 2 years ago, i had no idea of progressions and whatnot. And i still kind've dont. My appologies for the typos. And im also sorry for flipping out. Just you really are like the 10th or 11th person to bring that up. I get tired of explaining it. Dont worry about it.

    cheers-

  • You should consider teaching as a career. You're good at it.

  • @winfriedsebald

i try man. thank you for the compliments.

  • best video for Axel F. Thanks for your work on this.

  • i have a casio too ctk 720

  • Ah, this video explains a lot. I get it now - you're deaf.

  • @VirtuaTV

    deaf?

  • i learnd alot from you thanks

  • 25422 views... will get a million before i finally master this song, as its my first one to learn, best vid to learn it i think

  • thxs

  • @ghosteater121

    you're welcome? lol

  • this video should get more veiws

  • @ghosteater121

    i agree.

  • play slower please

  • what scale is this song in?

  • @678Drummer

Sorry for the late reply, but this version is in F. However, in "Beverly hills cop" it was in D. And the Original was in F#. And i originally learned this in c. So it can be changed over to many many different scales.

  • uuhhhhhhhhhh

i dont even kno wat f or e or any letter is

can u make a version without the letters

i just started playing the keyboard 2 days ago

  • @Typhoon90210

I taught myself and its the easiest thing ever. If you cant understand then follow my fingers. And the black keys are in groups of two or 3, the white key left of the left black key in any set of 2 is called "c". The key next to "c" is "d". and that continues until you get to "g". after that you go to "a", "b", then back to "c" # means sharp, so its the black key to the right of the note given. thats about all you need to know to follow along

  • @Magicmaker1234 Thanks for the help

    so far I've learned F G A B C and D

Now Ineed to learn the sharp notes

  • Sorry ausinaid

  • Theres an e# it's called f you learn you're piano right audi

  • @SkiAddict2011

FOR THE LOVE OF FUCK PEOPLE. It's called a typo, alright? i put # instead of b, chill out. I'm sorry im not a machine.

  • I LOVE YOU! (not literally...)

  • Oh my god thank you sooo much man! I have been looking for this part of the song EVERYWHERE!

  • ive been practicing for4 an hour and my typing speed has improved as well lol

  • There is no such thing as E# it's supposed to be Eb! Do it right!

  • @AusnAid

Your failure to not read the comments before is really annoying. Ive never taken lesson. I didnt know. alright? Make your own video, the "correct" way. Just trying to help. Chill out.

  • ????

  • ok

  • you ar amezing i spik not englisk i spik swidis!!!!

  • you ar amezing

  • The part that everybody seems to love: wtf e flat???????? I couldnt see very well but u played 1 of tge cords wrong!!!!!!! Any way nice but why in f minor key lol!

  • @lazaa4567

DUDE, just please look at previous comments before you post that. As ive said 10 times, i never took piano lesson, and i dont use flats. I dont know anything about piano scales, im just a person trying to teach. If it doesnt sound right then fix it yourself. Im just trying to help out some people here.

  • O my frecken god guys just shut the hell up he did an awesome job I'm not kidding! Dude anyway NICEJOB!!!! I learned more then I have learned of this song! Ty so much man ur the best!!!

  • this video was really helpful :) thankyou

  • This is really helpful

  • Cool, what instrument is it?????

  • @rafsager Lol.... Please tell me your joking....

  • Thank ingnore there people moaning. I be trying to get the middle part for ages now because people only post the beginning. I can now play it, thanks again.

  • at 5:54 by E# u mean F right ????? edit this video

  • @Thewildfire120

The best i can do is annotations. And im american, so im too lazy to do that.

  • SLOW DOWN AT 3:25 !!!

  • its nice that you wright the accords its helped me at fist part. but im thinking the last part is sounds wrong. tnx 4 vid anyway

  • Thanks, it all sounds good untill the third part when the vid gets to 2:54. And the bit at the end has me thrown a bit...But you figured out more than I could by ear, and now I have more to work with. I don't know why everyone is breaking your balls so much. Even the little bits you fudged aren't that far off. You got the majority of it down and took the time to make videos to help others and I appreciate it. Keep up the good work.

  • its wrong by 3.31min xD

  • @GOOOOOOOOOOFFYY

lol, i never said it was completely right?

  • Decent video, I thought it was pretty good. You had a few minor mistakes ( mainly the chords) but with a song like this you can really just play it about any way that you like. GOOD VIDEO : )

  • you're so off in so many parts...

  • @tyler73074

are you mental? Can you not see the arguement above where i clearly explained this is an OUTLINE of the song to help people get a basic idea of the song? If you have any skill whatsoever then you can iron out my "off" parts and make it sound better. Now, please leave my video. Thank you for watching.

  • @tyler73074 shutup dude no one cares

  • How am I gonna take it like a man?Actually I'm a female so get your facts straight. I haven't been on this terrible video in ages it feels like. So I just read your last comment...So what? I'm never coming back to this page it again. Not only does it deteriorate my ears but it's just awful. Bye-Bye.

  • @TamiaLanae19

    haha, youre funny.

Go suck a railroad spike. (:

  • @Magicmaker1234 I thought it was good, this is how i learned it, i improved it, but this is where i got the basic idea of the song, like he said above

  • @TamiaLanae19 get a life m8 ppl actually put time into videos like this and i bet what deteriorates ur ears is ur bloody singing voice So GET A LIFE...AND HOPEFULLY DIE

  • Actually the Axel F I play is from Herbie Hancock. Then I tried the other version. And actually if I'm the one who needs to grow up why are you still continuing to bicker with someone younger than you? If you're mister "You need to grow up" then why am I the one who is the bigger person by not giving two craps about what you say? I'm not wasting another second in my life talking about useless stuff which I could care less.

  • @TamiaLanae19

There are so many things incorrect with your comment.

    1) you are not the bigger person because you fail to stop arguing because you dont see that i was only showing a basic outline of how this is played.

    2) you care less? then whyd you comment in the first place?

3)Being the "bigger person" is not "Noot giving two craps". Thats the opposite. Being the bigger person is admitting youre wrong and taking it like a man.

youre the one who acted like a prick to me, now leave kid.

  • actually how am i gonna go back to school if my summer vacation just started? and first of all you're just jealous i can play it CORRECTLY and someone can't. i was never trying to be mean its just that i didn't like how this video was informing people the wrong way. and im working on my video for it too. i just want to PERFECT it. and for your information there are not DOZENS of ways to play the song. now if YOU had BRAIN CELLS you'd be smart enough to know that a dozen means "twelve" (12) ok?

  • @TamiaLanae19

ok, mental much? If you could actually back up your knowledge youd know axel f can be played in any key. Btw, there is NO correct way to play the song, the song itself has been released 4-6 seperate times all under harold faltermyer, all different. Why would i be jelous? cause youre on here trashing a video of me trying to help some people out trying to get the idea of this song? that youre 11? that you can play it "Perfectly"? Im sorry to tell you kid, but you need to grow up.

  • There might be some errors in your tutorial but I guess it's good for people who don't have time to take proper classes but still want to play this tune.

Lots of professional pianists are leaving comments on this video but I don't understand why are they watching an Axel F tutorial on youtube in the first place? :)

  • @sn2009uk

exactly, theyre acting like im supposed to be a pro. lol, im 15 and i got bored with a piano one day and decided to put this video out so everyone could get an OUTLINE of what the song should sound like. If they were really "pros" they could take what i taught here and shape it so its sounds better.

    thank you for the comment.

  • @Magicmaker1234

I am trying to find time to play on my Keyboard that I have recently bought. Playing music isn't my thing but I am trying.... By the way, you do a good job when you are bored unlike many people who just criticize others out of boredom :)

  • actually its called E sharp. sorry but this video is all WRONG! i played piano for 7 years thank goodness i know how to play this song. every part is like totally wrong. you need to fix it. actually im gonna create my own video to teach people the right way. it's a shame im only 11 years. old and i even know how to play it.and how can't you use e flats? thats how you play a piano! ugh!

  • @TamiaLanae19

u need to stop downing so much haterade man. Now let me correct u. Did i ever say its completely right? no. And if you had brain cells you'd know there is dozens of ways to play this song. the original was played in D but has been adapted to mostly F. Go ahead and make ur own video, i dont care, i made this video to give you an outline of what the song should sound like. And i CHOOSE not to use flats. As stated ive never taken a lesson. you dont NEED flats. Now, go back to school

  • Its wrong

  • @nikolaj121314

When did i ever say its 100% right?

  • theres no such thing as e sharp technically e sharp is the same thing as a regular f note i just wanted to point out that in some places in the tutorial u put an e sharp wear it shud have been an e flat

  • @MrPublic7enemy

As ive stated before. I dont use flats. I dont see the purpose. I use all sharps. And wouldnt it actually be an F flat?

  • thanks man u so good i am a piano player i went to school in Guinea aome where in west Africa thanks with your note i learn how to play that.. i heard it in monster vs alien movie and i just liked it u r a professional thanks for your i deals and notes..

  • @Emmanuel8746

    Yuore welcome.

And thank you for the compliments.

  • Hey, just to correct you. Since it is F minor, then it's a F minor scale and what i want to point out is that in a F minor scale you lower the B, not raising the A.

  • Considering i taught myself to play piano, i have no clue what you are talking about. lol

  • bad, there so many better videos than this one

  • mind pointing some out? this is the first and only tutorial for the entire song smart one.

  • Outstanding job!

  • dum dum dumdumdum dum dum, dum dum dum dumdedumdum duhdum dumdumdumdohdudum

  • sounds different on a regular piano

  • obviously.

  • XD true.

  • WOAH! HOLY CRAP What setting tone did you use for the second part, it sounded cool :D

  • That would be "BrassENS".

    Thank you for commenting (:

  • Thanx a lot! really hel;pful!! keep up the gr8 work!

  • VERY USEFUL THANK YOU VERY MUCH
