Boarding houses that except rent vouchers from the state. I assuming he is mentally ill or a chronic alcoholic who doesn't want a hand out. He should have the right to squat there but the reality is that come spring the police will collect his frozen body off the river bank. They are trying to save his life and give him a safe warm place to live

Sad to see how we don't value his existence! Homeless people are human just like you and me. Instead of reaching out and being good neighbors to those at the barrel's bottom, we kick out on their keisters with pleasure! JUST MAKES ME SICK! Despicable!

to tell you the truth, i don't know. i left west virginia to come home to ohio shortly after we did the story. i truely wish i knew.
