I don't see why there's so much sympathy for the girl. It's not like she couldn't have chosen something else to wear. I don't wear that type of skirt because I KNOW they blow around in the wind. If she hasn't figured this out already, she's dumb enough to deserve the laughter. If she HAS figured this out, then clearly she doesn't care.
The other women in the video were wearing longer skirts so I see your point. However, her skirt is not that short where you can assume she should have known, or, that she did not care. As a t-girl, I have worn skirts much longer than hers (a-line, pleated) that would have blown up in that wind but that does not mean I was careless when getting dressed or that I did not care if people laughed. As a guy, I am surprised you, a girl, think as you do. However, I do respect your opinion.
I guess the misogynoists have spoken. Just because a girl chooses to wear a skirt does not, in my opinion, entitle someome to "laugh or leer" if the wind blows. Again, if you had to deal with this issue you might think differently.
Maybe as a t-girl I am overly sensitive to this issue, but I think a just punishment for every guy who finds girl's skirts blowing up to be funny (or worse takes the attitude they deserve it) is to make them walk a mile in these girls shoes. Making a joke of somebody else's embarassment is not funny.
