This does not work for Windows XP because it needs Windows Aero. Windows Aero was introduced in Vista, and in not availible for Luna(XP's visual theme).

If it doesn't work, don't forget to include that last line 'me.backcolor = black'. If you have transparency disabled in windows settings, it will be the colour you've set the titlebars to.
