The sign they were trying to figure out means pretty much the opposite of the Autobahn. There is supposed to be a ball between the two guys and it means people (especially children) can play ball on these streets! They are called "Spielstraße" or playing streets and you have to drive walking speed (4-7 km/h). I'm used to this sign but I'm not surprised they laughed about it.

130 km/h is not even near to fast ... its the RECOMMENDED speed to drive on the autobahn. looks like he had a great time in my home country, nice! :)

i am from a city he mentioned, this guy tom hanks..is fun as s****, love the way he talks and his sense of humor..and by the way the last blue sign..is a "spielstraße" = a street where kids are allowed to play on, so be careful passing through :-)

What he says about the the autobahn is true, but 130 km an hour isn't fast Tom !!! the most german people drive over 180-190 km an hour what about refers to 115-120 miles per hour.

And Tom, the sign means you find yourself in an neighborhood where different traffic rules apply.
