Bob Dylan doesn't refuse to go back. He has said in interviews that he travels to Hibbing every once in awhile when he comes down from Canada. I really don't think anyone knows whether or not Bob Dylan hates Hibbing except for Bob Dylan.

THAT is a great story! When I was in elementary school, I knew a dude who lived above Polly's, and we'd hang out in his room with the black light on, lookin' at the lava lamp...trippy.
