There is nothing really wrong with this? perhaps people who find this dirty would only find it that way because they have a dirty mind, maybe the dress could of had a bit more coverage on her cleavage, but seriously it's fine. Were the producer and director not present when they made this segment? You can't blame Katy Perry. She's not known for dressing modestly. When you invite her to your show, you should know what to expect. She should have probably made a better choice, but the Sesame Street staff should have asked her to change before shooting the spot if they didn't like her outfit.
