I stumbled upon an older video and I've watched a few. To see that you stuck with it and didn't quit says a lot about you. Your persistence in making videos, using the shake weight daily and your ability to do what you do despite your physical disability is inspiring. Your positive and fun attitude in the few videos I just watched are awesome :D
Good luck with the job hunt, don't give up... but from the sounds of it, you don't need me to tell you that :)
gym will definitely be much more effective. if you try to do videos where you count days like you did with the shake weight, you'll see results in 180 days for sure if you exercise 2-3 times per week. swimming 'reconstructs' the body as well. i used to have mild skeletal irregularities and swimming helped me to build proper posture and muscle balance. but yeah like you said, do what's fun for ya, i'm with ya.
