I guess what Apple did was came up with Siri, then put it on the iPhone 4S just because it has a dual-core A5 chip that makes it a lot faster. I'm guessing if Apple just released it as a software update, then people with iPhone 3GS's would be complaining about how slow Siri is. And don't forget, Siri is still in BETA version, so there's gonna be a lot more stuff coming.

Siri will be available in canada for maps when the full version is released so remember that not every thing is perfect in beta I agree there are some things that can be improved

I've heard that Siri will come to the iPhone 4 and 3GS. But sense it's in beta apple probably thought that it would be better if only the 4s user would have problem instead of the entire community of iPhone users. If problems would show up that is... @ponce027 The best is 16 but since there isn't 16 for the iTouch, I'd say go for 32. 8 is not really sufficient for me I normally use until 10 since there's a lot of apps. So the bigger the better right? Well it's your call :)
