I loved Moms Mabley too!! I remember when I was a little girl...my mother took my sister to the Moms Mabley show....I wanted to go too!! At that time , I did not know much about black folks in comedy but I remember my mother and her friends talking about the show for hours..Thank you God for blessing us with Moms Mabley's presence on earth..I just read her bio on Wikipedia..and was glad to see that they had information on her..God bless, Moms! What a talent! Sincerely, Yvonne

It is a blessing the "Creator" let some of us be alive during the time "The God" let Moms Mabley stop by the Earth on her way home. The seeds of her love has landed on fertile ground, now our tears will let the seeds sprout as rain in the spring; growing a memorial garden in our spirit. We have our sorrow, but we must find room to celebrate what we feel is our lost, when the truth is "The God" has gained a faithful saint whom has paid the toll of LOVE to enter the Gates of Heaven. I remember listening to her as a child and as I got older, I started looking for her albums that my parents use to have but somehow got lost. Thanks for viewing.

Who could not love this legend? She was funny, warm, and you wanted to be around her. She was, really, one of a kind.
Long live the memory of MOMS!
Love you, Moms!
