  • @rytsign69 FYI, EVERY Frontline documentary, and, for that matter, EVERY Public Broadcasting documentary, including Ken Burns' documentaries, reduces complex people, events and issues to simple black-and-white, oppositional views. It's a well-worn formula they use, and it is much too simplistic. There's little room for nuance.

  • The whole PBS series on JP II as the millennial pope is a good watch. It gives the viewer a good glimpse of the life of one of the most important figures of the 20th century.
