i have a question.im trying to build my tan, so i exfoliated first, then put two layers on yesterday and one today. one thing im confused about is, the next time i shower, am i supposed to exfoliate Really well? cuzz if i get out and then apply the tanner again, ill have only 1 layer of it on instead of 3 like i wanted... right? so idk what to do..

@summergirl180 It's important to exfoliate before you self-tan, and I would wait 3-4 days before exfoliating again to avoid overkill. What I do is exfoliate right before my self-tanner, wait a few days until it starts coming off, then exfoliate again, and reapply it. For my face, I wait 2 days, because our facial skin cells renew quicker.

@amy1547 I never get streaks! Sometimes there is a spot that is darker or lighter, but the key is blending! I even spray a little water if the tanner seems too thick, and it helps blending :)

its about time, i have been looking for a tutorial on banana boat self tanner for god knows how long and your video is exacly wat i was looking for thx(:

but something else, when you do your hands and feet the color always streaks real bad, but your using a cotton ball when i use a sponge, will it make a differnce?
