@Nileylover4eternity The shoulder fall? I don't think you can do a shoulder fall barefoot "over the toe". It's a hinge to the floor. You shouldn't be hinging over the toe. That's too much stress on your patella and the tendons in your knee. Perhaps you're thinking of another move?

i love this, there's always a center of interest, but the people on the outside are moving too

with a lot of group dances, it can be hard to concentrate because there's a lot of movement from everyone in the group

but this one was really well-balanced
