  • Fuck sid and nancy... Just listen to the music!!!!

  • @luvpinas123 Fuck Sid? Fuck you!

  • @mTmFilms yeah fuck sid. Problem?

  • Amazing.

  • Oh my... That's awesome

  • @SaorAlbaComingSoon well, in a way, nancy killed sid :)

  • new Belsen?

  • i love the lyrics specially since i feel like am an outcast

  • @SidEskorbuto Same here...

  • @Oipunk74 fuck yeah sex pistols and punk rock for people who dont like the hit music and hate the fashion styles out there

  • @SidEskorbuto yup

  • Pt.5...in the 70's or early 80's. Can with Damo somewhere in The US(because those Yurp-peans in the early 70's were soo weird ta uz!) The Who around 1967 on their US tour. The Yardbirds w/ Page & Beck(Only lasted 3 months) on their 65 'Europe tour. The Butthole Surfers starting out freaking out anyone around 1984. Sergio Mendes Brasil 66 around 1969 in Southern Ca. because their upbeat sound would've just made sense there then. Oz Mutantes around the same time in Brazil. I could go on forever

  • Pt.4. ..Little Richard before Little Richard did.To see him play in the early to mid 50's...anywhere! The last tour of Pink Floyd with Syd barrett And David Gilmour(Only time together)in early 1968 in ther US where they played with Hendrix and Soft Machine! John Coltrane in his last years(65-67) with his brain blast noise free jazz in clubs around the U.S. Captain Beefheart at any time in his career. Zappa's Mothers in the 60's in any small town USA. Throbbing Gristle in the US in ..Cont in Pt.5

  • Pt.3 were the future, yet they had been around since the early 70's but were the last to make an album(77) by making this electronic serial killer highway mu-sick that irritated the Punk purists(& Belguim facists.). More gigs I dream about include:Jerry Lee's 1958 UK visit where all but a few of his shows were canceled & the mad, hungry for any US Rock star fans and it was where the tabloid culture was invented;"He Married his 13 year old cousin!",plus Esquerita, whom looked like ...Cont.in Pt.4

  • Pt.2...by also taking UK Glam and taking it from the trippy flowery ness of T.Rex and transcribing it onto the streets mixed with drug taking tales and Thunders fall down the stiars git-tar. The Dictators-Giving it an irreverent humour and poppy tunes. They were the wedge between The Dolls... and The Ramones; whom of course looked to the past(Beach Boys,Motown) and the future(Buzzsaw noise with near violent lyrics:Beat on the Brat,Loudmouth.and that image.and finally Suicide whom ...Cont.in Pt.3

  • Thanx MissEqasMoniz. I agree w/what you say. Punk was a sound and attitude that was formed by U.S. bands. The phrase Punk, though was invented by the Brits to name this feral music that seemed to have become a scene. In my opinion the 6 key bands were:The Stooges(for their druggy confrontational sound and of course Iggy),The MC5(angry,political and proud),NY Dolls(Taking the stereotypes of bad boy Rock that The Stones did(That photo in 68' of them in a dress)& distorting it furthur...Cont.in Pt.2

  • I've actually been to Texas in the US... what a bloody horrible fucking place to live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Must have been hell for them, these English lads tearing the shit up and playing to fucking Texans.

  • @NoDestinyLive4Now yeah as someone who is from Boston and now living in Houston, it is a horrible place. Argh Texas, but when you find cool people they are fucking authentic.

  • This sounds better than the origional. And Sid is the bassist. And he sucks at bass.

  • That US tour is one of the greatest in Rock because that kind of music was unknown and they played in the most improbable places, thanks to Malcolm choosing them. CBGB's in New York? Naw,lets do a cowboy bar in san Antonio that even hates English glam. Along with Miles in 1949 in N.Y.playing 'Birth of the Cool',Hank Williams last concert,The Dolls at Max's,Suicide in Belguim 77',Cluster playing 12 hours in Black Forest in 70',Little Richard in the South 1954,this was a career defining gig!

  • @soundvisionary13 I disagree with parts of your comment but also love the diverse and important historical gigs you mention. The US tour was a bit silly and it of course it was planned that way. Playing in areas devoid of modern culture was fun but it can be done anywhere in the world. Punk was not unknown in other parts of the USA esp. as the Pistols were part of punk's second wave. First wave was in the tail end of 60's - the Stooges were punk in 1969. Malcolm was manager of the Dolls pre-SexP

  • Next to Mick Jagger, Rotten is the best frontman ever

  • Its about energy and the time analyse not man...If you wernt their growing up in UK at time you havnt a clue man..

  • @BigAdzer u are a stupid cunt, u know that, nofx is a bunch of fuckin 3rd wave disney rubbish go home and go masterbate with ur pop in ur ass

  • remember music is for kids! were just old farts!

  • What's that thing on Sid?? Is the famous Gimme a Fix?? D:

  • The fixer

  • I wanna see some historrrrrry

  • @CodyRicheson EXACTLY!!

  • Comment removed

  • Okay, so they could barely play and they were put together by a fashion designer? So what? It's fun music.

  • @CodyRicheson what are u talking about steve jones and glen matlock were amazing guitarists its just sid vicious who was total shit

  • @misfitsfan28, I agree that the guitar playing is good, but it's very generic and uninspired. It's just standard three-chord rock and roll played faster and with a bit more distortion. When I say "the could barely play" I mean that they only played very basic, predictable rock and roll riffs, not that they didn't know how to play at all. It's still great music either way!

  • @CodyRicheson mhm

  • @CodyRicheson but punk rocks all about the energy it doesnt half to be fancey

  • 0:51 I love how he rolls his "r" in the word Histrory in this song! xP LOL

  • Sid Vicious = shit. idolize someone who did nothing

  • I had the complete tape of this show that I picked up in 1980 from a friend. I didn't know there was a video.

  • and i like it

  • a living circus

  • The Only You have to do with SeX PisTOls is to accept Them as They are. No Ethics considerations, just Fell Them, the primordial Anarchic Modern Breed, not the True one.

Nothin' else to do than open You Fuckin' Mouth Screaming for the sake of the moment, of Punk Rock.

  • it's a brilliant performamance, despite all its faults

  • jesus fuck sid this sid that why is everything about sid???? he wouldnt have gone anywhere without rotten.

  • Sid is Bleeding.. And i dont know why, butt dath is sexy :F

  • @PamCourson74

someone throw a beercan in Sid's face... that's why he bleed.

  • 2:28 awww sids amp isnt turned on

  • the fuckin drugs !!!

  • steve sounds like such a dumb ass in this >.<

  • @nightengail21 That's Sid yelling not Steve. Steve is singing along with Johnny, Sid always ruined chorus being too loud and not even going with the song.

  • bass line is good :) sid vicious can't play? is only a mite :P

  • donh have basss fuckers

  • won too free fo

  • @BigAdzer

    nofx are sell outs.

  • “Half the time I just feel I’m the most useless cunt in the whole group. That’s the worse thing. I’m certainly the worst musician…. But I’m … I do believe this…I’m the only one left with any real sense of what this band started out to be, originally.” –Sid Vicious NME 17 December 1977

    Rest in peace Sid.., May 10, 1957-Febuary 02, 1979

  • Sid was the rock n roll swindle. They should have kept Glenn Matlock....the footage with Matlock is way cooler

  • England is a waste of time

  • @mpjgbx hardly most of all the fantastic bands came from england u ignorant fuck

  • you gotta love the begining to this xD

  • Great footage ! 4 all u Sid junkies out there listen 2 Steve Jones b4 the number asking Sid " are u ready ? look wot ur doin' " then when he falls over Rotten laughs & Jones is asking " has Sid the wanker fallen over ? Big tough Sid falls over ! " & Rottens at the end " look at that a living circus ". Wise up Sid freaks ! There's nothin' cool about being a smackhead ! It's made clear here, Sid was an attention seeking embarrassment to the band. PIL- Lucks Up - " good riddance 2 bad rubbish ! "

  • Love you Sid <3

  • Happy Birthday, Sid. RIP

  • @marband1 who the fuck cares about that stupid cunt hes a fals idol, steve jones, glen matlock, paul cook, and john lydon deserve way more than that stupid fuck will ever, he and mclaren killed the sex pistols along with that fucking spungen, pitty realy they could have been something more,

  • i love how shitty it sounds in the beg then it rocks and how shitty it is through the whole thing idc eithr way the pistols still rule and r one of the greatest punk band and stood for what punk is

  • oh c'mon a good reason to take drugs surely an icon ,get on it sisters

  • love the vid loved sid and johny . but can anybody tell me who sang the song screaming babies or who whrote it have looked for it everewhere with no look .

  • this is an awesome band, and sid is awesome too, and punk rules and all rap/hip hop sucks .... and thats a fact

  • one of the best intros to any song, ever.

  • a tragic case, that Sid. Totally messed up. His own mother supplied his drugs too.

  • @edavenport93 Really? I never heard that one :(

  • Sid - Forever!!!!!!!!!!!

  • huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu siddd!aguante sidd

  • huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu siddd!

  • Hook your computer up to a stack of 100 watt Marshalls and play this song on volume 10

  • 1:09 Sex defined

  • Sids not even playing. His bass is turned off

  • @miniraptorX Actually Sid is playing. I have this on record, Its very faint but you can hear it. For God Save The Queen and I wanna be me his bass was turned up all the way then Steve turned it down. Listen for it during Steves solo's on certain songs. During Bodies, Steve actually unplugs Sids amp and thats caught on film

  • it was all Rotten...its actually hard to argue...

  • what did sid say?

  • @estofado44 1-2-3-4? Or like around 1:10ish? Cus i have no idea

  • \m/

  • Fucking love the Sex Pistols!!!

  • this is awesome!! love it!!

  • now that's a rock n roll band not the parade of pussies we see these days

  • i would say john was the bands image he is really the image of punk you watch shows like skins and the young ones and you cant tell me the character is based or even copied off johnny rotten

  • They weren't very good live.

  • I fucking love Johnny Rotten.

  • fuck sid...

  • poor sid,not even plugged in.A living circus.what a funny fucked up individual he was!

  • Sid was a great icon but he ruined the band.

Once he started taking HEROIN he lost all interest in learning the bass.

He couldn't play but boy did he look good.

  • watch the live in sanfranciso stuff. His bass was plugged in and during bodies, Steve's amp fails and all you can hear is bass....not great but he was hittin the notes and timing good enough to get by..............SO HAHAHAHAHHA EVER GET THE FEELING YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT?

  • He had a bloody nose an he kept rubbin it to keep it bleedin. He carved "give me a fix" on his chest earlier.

  • Real men wear pink..Real punks wear blood

  • sid is so lame

  • @TheKingWrecker

What were you doing when you were 21? Touring the world playing in one of the most seminal punk bands? I seriously doubt it. Shit I doubt you're even 21. Young hipster punks taking the piss out of sid vicious. Same old bullshit.

  • 1978 was not even born

  • Holy shit Johnny is staring the crowd down in this vid, I'd look away, so INTENSE! Love this. LOL!

  • when ever john is not singing it looks like something is building up, then when he sings it comes out

  • why does Sid look all bloody?

  • @Shae90TV cuz he was in heroin.. he didnt feel pain so he could cut his self everything he wantd

  • cheap holiday in other peoples misery

  • sid was on heroin the whole fuckin time and couldnt play bass the guitarest recorded the bass on the albem but he was still preaty cool

  • Sid was an Icon but people forget he had a problem, he tried to hide it in this video but the bandage on his arm is a dead giveaway..........waste of a great talent........just say no to drugs

  • @dangermouse1964 great talent , he couldnt play the bass proper even when sober , your right though about drugs ,

  • Sid was a total waste of space, a talentless idiot, all he was about was fashion and drugs, the guy was a total dick, couldn't play, so shut up, Rotten and Jones were the band.

  • @dangermouse1964 what talent? sid could barely play the bass, he was an icon yes, but talented, no

  • @comfyman Sid was very talented so fuck off

  • @dangermouse1964

dude sid si a punk icon but he had no talent. he was fucking awful he had no talent!

  • @dangermouse1964 He didnt try to hide anything. He has "GIMME A FIX" carved in his chest..hahahhaha

  • @dangermouse1964 he didnt have a talent apart from visual

  • @dangermouse1964 sid a waste of talent? he couldn't play a fucking note.

  • @dangermouse1964 johnny is the icon, there`s no sex pistols without johnny rotten! there`s no punk rock without johnny rotten. all hail johnny rotten! there will never be another one like him EVER!

  • @dangermouse1964 ~Sid "a GREAT talent" ?...don't make me fucking laugh you cretin.

  • @dangermouse1964 sid didn't knwo how to play his guitar he just was in the band because he was a crazy guy :)

  • @dangermouse1964 Um, first of all, Sid was nothing BUT an icon. He could hardly play, he was in the band for the image. And second, he didn't try to hide his 'problem' he was proud of it. He bragged about it, and did it in public, in videos, and let his cuts show whenever he could.

    Just sayin'..

  • @dangermouse1964 ha, so wrong he had no talent and probably was better off on smack

  • @dangermouse1964 SId, a great talent? the fuck couldn't even play the instrument. he just had a 'look'...FUCK guys...to me, Steve Jones is clearly the most talented player in the S Pistols, and a co-founder

  • @dangermouse1964 What talent, dude? I mean, come on; the guy's a punk icon, even more so then Rotten or any given Ramone, but he was a shit bass player. Even Sid knew this; he asked Lemmy to teach him to play bass, with the words: "I can't play bass" - to which Lemmy replied: "I know". He was a character, but there's a good reason you can't hear the bass in this video - it's tuned down, so you can't hear Sid's "musicianship".

  • @dangermouse1964 He had no talent. He was a symbol not a musician

  • @dangermouse1964 What talent?!

  • @dangermouse1964 I agree with you totally, but isn't it kinda true he didn't have that much musical talent at all, as in he really couldn't play bass, or is that just rock legend?

  • @dangermouse1964 Sid fell to temptaion but it's not to in an industry filled with drugs.

  • @dangermouse1964 Talent? don't make me laugh, Johnny Rotten had talent, Sid could barley play the bass and didn't write any of the music, get real, you shouldn't idolize a murderer.

  • @DyingSID666 I think Sid was good on stage

  • @julie101rox what the hell are u talking about hes not doing anything u dum bastard

  • @misfitsfan28 dont call me dum bastard u dont fucking know me fucktard ... wat do u even know about sid vicious i dont think i said anything insulting so y r u fucking calling me names?

  • @julie101rox well clearly alot more about sid than u do, he was just an idol, a mascot, a completely useless junckie who made it wores off when he got into a relationship with that whore nancey,

  • @misfitsfan28 u know about sid more than i do? really? u didn't even spell nancy right. so dont be talking shit about sid have respect for others becuz i like him

  • @julie101rox ya that makes real sense, ya because I misspelled a name im clueless honestly thats the stupidest thing ive heard, now tell me what u know about sid cmon I realy wanna hear this

  • @misfitsfan28 i think that maybe ur just ridiculous and stupid for arguing about this. y dont u find something to do with ur life? dont make me waste my time on u i think ur an ass

  • @julie101rox lol im not on you tube 24-7 I actually have a life, besides are u just gonna blaber on about nothing or are u gonna tell me why im soo clueless about sid vicious and why u claim too know more about him than I do

  • @misfitsfan28 wen did i ever say that i know about sid vicious more than u do? but how am i supposed to know how much u know about sid? maybe i know more maybe i don't. and i think that if u were more mature u wouldn't argue with me about this. r u a bitch? or does ur life completely suck?

  • @julie101rox well realy it takes two to argue u realy dont half to reply u know that right.

  • @misfitsfan28 i like sid does it bother u that someone likes sid? or that someone complimented sid?

  • @julie101rox ok whatever if ur into him, go ahead and honour a useless crack head, but personaly johnny rotten deserves more the attention than some drugged up sid vicious

  • @misfitsfan28 dont be saying shit about him have some respect. i also like johnny rotten. i dont think uve ever met sid so dont be sayin shit about him at least not to me have respect.

  • @julie101rox wat have respect for a that druggie i don't think soo

  • @misfitsfan28 have respect for me have respect for the fact that i like him have respect for others and dont judge him

  • @julie101rox sure i can have respect for u, but im still holding my ground about sid, he may have been fine befor he had his head up his ass but after that he was just a druged up piece of crap

  • @misfitsfan28 i dont think he was a bad person but i do thinks that drugs r bad

  • @dangermouse1964 If you want someone who died young and was a waste of talent go check out Jeff Buckley, at least he wasn't a junky and a lunatic.

  • seems a bit tame for a pistols gig??!!!

  • Saw 'em in Memphis.

    Damn weird night.

  • need a lil punk now & then....pistols rock!!!!

  • PUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This was The Pistols "Burn Out Tour"!!

    God Bless Sid!

Thank goodness for the Pistols - They saved music!

Thank you John Lydon for telling the truth!!

    aahh ha ha !!

  • johnny looks pretty hot here

  • Pessimi

  • SPARATI >.<

  • Sorry to say this. But there was no bass sound there! Only drums, guitar and vocals.... Sid Vicious was fake playing.... like when a singer lipsyncs. He may have been a legend.... but as a bass player he was a fake. He was like a poster boy for punk..... nothing more. All image.... no talent. What a waste!!!!

  • @arielcordero ummmm fuck you. sinse when has being able to play your instrument been important to punk? never so shut the fuck up and go listen to justin bieber you wanker

  • @arielcordero actually the volume on his bass was shut low. When he swings it round you can hear feedback

  • sid sid sid sid siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiid

  • I saw these punks when I was 13...Great shows, awesome acid.

  • @nostalgia43 The Berlin wall!!

  • SID N DEE DEE RAMONE KICKING IT IN HELL

  • Johnny 1:12 !!!

  • esa mirada de Johnny es la conchesumare

  • For everyone saying they sucked, or Sid sucked, well in my opinion I think that was the point. They were like trashy, garbage punk, so I think they're point was to sound sloppy and messy, like they just don't give a fuck. Their music fits their attitude. They're amazing. <33 :)

  • @shaygoesrawrz79 music shouldn't be all about attitude though, they could have at least found someone who could actually play the bass before they joined

  • vive les sex pistoils !!!!!!

  • la fin du mode !!!!!!

  • I love Sid in all but he doesn't make the Sex Pistols, he wasn't the original bassist either, imagine them without Johnny Rotten! R.I.P Sid Vicious!

  • What wouldn't I give to have been that person throwing Johnny the middle finger?

I don't care who they have playing bass, I just love Never Mind the Bollocks, and to have experienced those songs live would have been incredible.

  • LIKE I SAID BEFORE.. SID VICIOUS WAS NOT A FUCKING HERO.

He couldn't even play fucking Bass at all. why is it he gets so much fucking credit because he was Emo talking about how much he despised himself and wanted to die.

    Him and his crazy girlfriend.

  • @DareToClickOnMe Him and Johnny Rotten changed the world musically... Whether they could play or sing or not. The Pistols started a movement...

  • @DareToClickOnMe Him and Johnny Rotten changed the world musically... Whether they could play or sing or not. The Pistols started a movement...

  • with matlock they would av outgrown punk,& probably made money!

  • @TheDouglas1964 yeah but matlock didnt have punk in him sid was awesome but sucked at bass lol & tryd to become johhnny rotten

  • fuck america

  • wow sid kinda ruins the song with his voice
