I was at Sprouts today and the lady there told me that coconut oil is the same thing as mct oil. Is that right? I wanted to buy mct oil and she wanted to sell me coconut oil. Of course I already have that for my chocolate delight peanut butter cups that you shared.
@lakegirl645 I always explain it like this ... If you take the very best out of the coconut oil you have the MCT oil. that's why I think MCT oil is so good. It has great benefits. I use both.

Hey Carol, when you know which natural sugar substitute is good to sub out instead of splenda please let me know. I made a mess of mamaclok's wonderful almond cookie recipe because the sugar sub I used probably wasn't a good choice. Printed out the dressing recipe - YAY!! Thanks =)

I know it's hard to know when a recipe uses splenda. I really want to make the cookies though. Test Kitchen here I come!
