One spanking is needed. After that, just the threat will work.
Threats of spanking don't work if they don't know what it is. One time. that's all you need. All psychology thereafter. Of course, girls are different.. Let mom deal with that complex shit.
Spanking should only be done as a last resort. And it should NEVER be allowed back into the public school system. I witnessed CP in Las Vegas Nevada in the late 70's. Teachers can and did abuse their authority. Would you allow your next door neighbor to spank your child? Probably not, so why would you allow a teacher to do it? And "sometime" the teacher can be pretty messed up due to family problems, so they may be on a short fuse.
LOL you are funny...maybe a little high, but thats ok. I guess I agree it a less high way? :) Cute daugher, I don't think you should joke about spankens like you were but everyone is diff.
corporal punishment cant be considered wisdom by new testiment standards james 3:17-18 but the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hipocracy. and the fruite of the riteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. corporal punishment cant be considered love by new testiment standards 1 john 4:18
Yes i should kids should be able to spank the kids. then the adults would spank the kids. then the kids would spank the adults. and at some point someone would pull out an RPG and spank someone with it
Some kids and adults are so masochistic that they feed off spankings. That's why they turn into criminals, because they are addicted to spankings. Take the spank away and they're deprived.
Spare the rod / hand spoil the child, that's what the bible says. There will always be assholes that take it to far and those are the people that made it possible for DSS to pay a visit to the house if the kid wants to get back at you.
@5595Miya Well it's ONLY the world's most ancient book. And as a reference source, people find all kinds of useful advice. Aside frmo the point that people abuse it or misinterpret it.
@catdog262 Actually, the Bible does NOT say "spare the rod and spoil the child. That quote is part of a 17th century poem by a man named Samuel Butler. There is a verse in the Scriptures, Proverbs 13:24 that mentions "sparing the rod" but it has a completly different implication than this caddy-corner "scripture".
