  • Great looking helicopter and amazing work on the landing gear! I think if it had some bright flashing strobes it would be perfect!

  • @zeroturbulence1

    Hello,

Take a look in the video, it has two STROBE lights in the belly bottom and in the rear of the dog house.

  • @krumrick2 Ok I see them now. I didn't think there were any because I could see the lights on the gear bays very clearly.

  • @zeroturbulence1

Still in the quest for better high luminosity LEDS !!!

  • How do you configure the tail rotor servo to fit inside the fuselage?

  • @briansmobile1 Plenty of room.

  • @briansmobile1

    Hello Brian,

Just the same as regular heli, but avoid to use big servos, they don't fit, I'm using an 13 grams type servo ( litle difference with 9 grams servos).

  • @krumrick2 Thanks. I've got a Trex 450 V2 sport and a Bell 206 fuselage I want to put together. The servo is a smaller type, but it's configured upside down on the tail with the bottom sticking up at 10' O clock. It hits the fuselage like that. I would like to keep the fuse free of holes, but not sure if I can.

  • @briansmobile1

    Hi Brian,

Dont worry so much about the tail servo, you can modify the position at your needs, and is no need to the link run straight ( parallel) with the boom, usually in this mountings my links are diagonals beetwen servo and tail arm.

The only points you need to verify is that the link run smooth and without bending !!!.
