@travisvennable: overlords and observers are way cheaper (both in base cost and tech path) to get than ravens. Also getting Raven early forces terran down a tech path that is quite weak at the moment (only TLO uses mass raven atm). Scan is necessary, ghost EMP needs nerf as it uncloaks, neutralises spell casters, outright kills protoss (from a zerg player)

@froggynoddy Korean ladder terrans come at you with siege tank marine accompanied by a single raven to scout for tank range and shoot the occasional seeker missle. Raven is pretty sick if you know what you're doing.

@chingchongclement only nerf i think terran needs is for scan not to detect cloak. it's already the best scout in the game, and along with mules and instant supply depots, orbitals would be plenty good with the scan nerf.
