if they done research, you can find LT-1 in 70 Corvette. but they not like the LT1 that you find in Camaro, Carvette, and Roadmaster. be careful when buying motors and engines from ebay. they dont know a real 327 Large Journey is. I got a 350 thats not near a 327. take your motor casting number to your local GM dealer, then you will know what you really have, then no one can take that from you. I have a vortec motor in a 88 Camaro thats on a 76 block, so what that make it ? to each they own.
@onlypresto Yeah I know now I managed to do some more research on it and found out my friend got juped. I wasn't much into American engines at the time but now I'm more well-rounded with them. My friend sold the car shortly after as a parts car.
@GTRfiend26 thats cool, not alot of people do, i just know from experience, my dad bought a used one from the local junk yard when i was 10 and taught me to rebuild motors on one and for my 12th birthday he gave me his old truck about a month after he got his first new one, it was an 84 c10, I bought a wiring harness anddropped it in and supercharged it and is my daily driver 10 years later with a shitty blue macco paint job and stock suspension, i love the look i get when i go the 1/4 in 10.08

umm thats not a lt1 u cant use the old chevy water pumps on them they have center bolt valve covers and there is no water that flows through the intake manifold the thermostat is on the water pump its reverse cooling i have had many camaros with lt1's and this isnt one
