  • are we not all sinners???have we not all sinned??is it right to judge??I LOVE ROB ROCK,metal and meaning,,that music is very hard to find,,god bless the band and everthing they do,,praise the spitit in the sky,,how many times did you speed in your car?how many times have you sinned, everyone has sinned,,thats EVERYONE

  • I like the music though )

  • I, I, I I I I I IIIIIIIII...

It's all about the big I.

    I rocks!

  • god is good

  • This is so freakin nice stuff!

  • i hear this music every day!

    \,,/

  • By the same token wearing expensive suits and ties to church would be offensive in my culture. It can create divisions on the basis of socio-economic status. People are encouraged not to "dress up" specifically for church. You may do this, and I wouldn't judge you for it. In your culture, it may be your way of showing respect for God, or the Sabbath or some such thing. If I judged your actions by my cultural standards, I'd hurt you. Bottom line, God wants us not to hurt each other.

  • I think sometimes we judge other people's words by our own internal standards and cultural interpretation. Can lead to misunderstandings and hurt feelings. That's what I'm trying to explain. I try to keep this in mind is all ^_^. Seems to avoid unnecessary strife.

  • reminnds me a little bit of Bloodbound

  • Hey now... I was watching Rob Rock back in the "VICE" days in bars and clubs all over Connecticut for years!! There wasn't any attempt to "convince me" that he was trying to "lead me to Christ"!! However, I am a born again Christian. I was then and was in a "different frame of mind" as far as my will to just go out and party. 25 years later. I see Rob Rock and see his messages in the names of his songs, but I wouldn't say that he's "looking to lead people to Christ". I'm not his judge, Only GOD

  • Re. the discussion on profanity. You may not be aware that different words have different meanings in various cultures and subcultures. In my culture to say something is "F-ing A" is the highest possible compliment. For my part, I don't use words as weapons. I also try to be mindful of someone else's culture and how they might hear what I'm saying. Language is complex. Please try not to be judgmental.

  • @Arc333Angel What culture is that?, it doesn't say in the bible not to swear but it says your words reflect your heart, in most cultures there are words that that culture would consider profanity or crued, most western countries would conseed that the F word and others like it are crued speach, Christ would not want crued speach coming from the mouth of his disciples, a good reference is what would Christ do, we are to reflect his light.

  • @Lordismyshepheard Last week, in my culture, a vocalist told my son, "you fukken' wail!" There is no higher compliment a heavy metal lead guitarist could possibly receive. My son beamed. Where we're from, it's not crude language, it's used to express praise, enthusiasm, excitement. My wife is German, every time I use the word "mist" she flinches. In German, I'm swearing. When I give my friend the "o.k." sign with my hands, she thinks I just called her a A-hole. She's from Brazil etc etc.

  • @Arc333Angel He might have told your son this. But there is a better compliment than that and one that will not fade away and is higher than any vain flatteries that man can bestow upon each other. Matthew 25:21 Well done thou good and faithful servant ...enter into the joy of the Lord. It doesn't matter where you are from. We all will have to give an account to One Lord for the things we do and say in this life. In the end, it only matters what the Lord thinks. Your culture can't save you.

  • @Sobreya No one said anything about our culture saving us. Where in the world did you get that idea? You've entirely missed my point I'm afraid. When I gave someone in Canada the "O,K." sign, a friend of mine from Brazil thought it was an obscene gesture. In Brazil it means you're an "A-hole." She was mistaken. She judged my actions on the basis of her culture, not mine. You can do the same thing with language. If you do this, it can easily be judgmental.

  • Impellitteri's good but I think Rob writes better stuff solo.

  • The Heavens metal sight missed some bands. They did not have Demon Hunter. I also was looking for Faith Factor, and they were not listed. They need to up date. Impellitteri was listed but not Rob Rock.

  • @ TravisOfAges:

thank you. I'll check them, when found.

  • Best power metal song that I could find that I haven't heard yet. Seriously, some bands don't even touch Fury of the Storm and they call themselves power metal. I only gave this masterpiece a 4, because there's no video.

You could edit together Christian looking anime clips and make an AMV.

  • Please reply..

Are you a fan of Chris Impellitteri (Impellitteri)?

Or just Rob Rock? If you havent herd of Impellitteri Im sure of great new for you mate.

  • I like Impellitteri , but Rob Rock has said that Impellitteri is not a christian band, and in the last album you can hear words with the word F a couple of times

  • I agree. 1 Time you can hear a F word. "Pedal to the Metal - The Iceman Cometh" I think it is. Nothing more of i've herd though. :P But in the last albums.. they were atleast christians.. If you dont believe me they were christians in the first 6-9 albums you are wrong! :P

  • Just because a band uses cuss words doesn't mean they can't still be a christian band... Honest fact. Try Blessthefall.

But then, I've never heard of Impellitteri....

  • Sorry, christian people should never use the F word, you cannot mix light and darkness, everyone knows that

  • not everyone.. confucionists and taoists believe you can.. especially taoists...

  • If you are not in Christ, you are in darkness, it doesn't matter if you are confucionists, taoists, atheist... so there is not any kind of mixture, its just pure darkness

  • you are correct, but not everyone knows that for truth and that is what i was getting at there

  • Do you seriously think a deity would be bothered with semantics?

  • @mexanimenolink777 i totally agree.

  • @mexanimenolink777 I think there is light and darkness in everyones day! If u believe in God than u believe in evil also! Hey the devil is hard at work and is pissed off. btw I am a professed christian and I get F-ing pissed from time to time. Please show me a perfect person.

  • @mexanimenolink777

Amen to that, brother! Tell them whether they hear or forbear. Be that watchman on the wall! This is your platform. Continue to use it for the glory of God!!!

  • @mexanimenolink777 I wouldn't call swearing evil. However, like that old saying goes, "Loose lips sink ships."

  • @mexanimenolink777 Yeah youre right. I don't remember the verse off the top of my head but Jesus says to not curse at all, to not use any filthy communication....I do sometimes swear but its a struggle of mine and i certainly don't either brag about it or use it very often

  • @mexanimenolink777 Christ forgives all. Even if you say the FUCK word.

  • @mexanimenolink777 That's not exactly true. I embrace the darkness as far as a lot of music is concerned, simply because of the music. Aren't the curse words that circulate everything today, aren't they made of man? Words can have little to no true meaning. So, let's simply say, "I judge people based on words that they say." Well, I am sure you, too, are guilty of saying the 'F' word. My two cents. Just sayin'.

  • @TravisOfAges

Colossians 3:8 But now ye also put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. We ,those of us who profess to be born again, are still being worked on by the Creator to make us spotless and without blemish upon the return of the King of Kings and Lord of lords. I believe that we all can agree on that. We are a work in progress. But please be aware of obvious sin and avoid it.

  • @TravisOfAges That's not the point though, cursing = sin, sin = death.

  • hum, maybe someone here could help...i like this music, especially 'cause it's christian metal. but i don't like the voice, i'm not a power-metal fan...does anyone know a christian death, black, melodeath, whatever-band?

  • sorry dude, Im not familiar with those genres, Im only familiar with melodic metal =P

  • try Mortification.

  • If you go to a site called "Heaven's Metal" you can find a listing of all bands and the style they fit with.

Faith Factor dose the kind of vocals I think you want with heavy, heavy music. Or try Demon Hunter... not sure if this is what you are after, but the vocals are more gravely and gritty.

  • try this pages ; ) :

    flyintoeternity (dot) blogspot (dot) com

    cristianmetal (dot) wordpress (dot) com

    whitemetalparadise (dot) blogspot (dot) com

all those are in spanish, but perhaps it stills workds

  • Try The Devil Wears Prada, As I Lay Dying, Bless The Fall, Impending Doom. With Blood Comes Cleansing, War Of Ages, Attack Attack!, August Burns Red, Embraces Eternity (impossible to find though...)

  • only good bands there are as i lay dying, august burns and red....and devil wears prada is okay...not to in love with them

  • good music...

  • Great track, great vocals, and the album's pretty good too!!!
