Sephiroth will be DLC as well as Snake and you can't get the Killzone costume in the game because it's not there so it will probably be released as DLC later.

Well i actually bought the official guide book which tells where to get all the items and there is no way to get in the game i heard a rumor that it will come out when killzone 2 will be released.
