THAT SUCKED!! How can you butcher such a wonderful tune? WHO THE FUCK COMPOSED THE BRASS PART IT SUCKED!! The piper did fine but the accompaniment sucked ass. Not only was it shitty playing on the part of the band but the composition was just awful. Whoever wrote that piece of garbage here is a clue for you, Highland Cathedral is not a bright and happy tune. It is a serious somber tune. Jeez what school is this? VFMAC would kick your sorry asses in a band competition
you can't get a good audio recording of bagpipes with the budgets our Honour Bands are run on. This was not a school performance, no single school has the capabilities of a Cadet Honour Band, and these were the top musicians pulled from across the smallest of our regions. If you want to see a bette performance, quit whining and come watch a live Cadet Honour Band perfomance next year.
Well now if the band is so freaking good then why does it have a low budget last time I checked good bands have good budgets. even though the audio quality is shit I still tell that the band is not playing together and that they are not using the Scots Guards standard set for Highland Cathedral
again, this is the Honour Band from Pacific Region, and they have one of the smallest cadet populations of any region. The budgets are very tight because it's a DND sponsored event, and Cadets Canada doesn't get much funding to begin with, even less because it's a tiny region.

Got to be the worst rendition of one of the greatest pipes and drums tunes i have heard .
