11-29-07. Joe Gatski was a creative mountain man who knew how to survive in the wilderness. He lived in Morgantown WV. He was also a musician and poet, and I've enjoyed his books & songs & performances. Joe died young this week at his house. Joe, May you rest in peace, you have touched many people in positive ways. I hope you have truly found your wilderness God forever. I offer my sympathy and respect to your family, and hope for brighter days.
