Continued: If in fact this is targeted at people who are of the faith or against Oboma in any way, then this may be a potential threat to these types of people who speak out against Oboma and his evil regime and consorts. Continued: Not even a windows system repair gets rid of this thing so I will have to wipe my PC and do a full system reinstall. Thing is, the window for the option to install it only started popping up after I had been consistently looking at religious websites. This program may be targeted at people of the faith. I am conducting a test of sorts in the next few days. Having a friend look at some of the same websites to see if it will pop up on his PC also. I hope to get results for you all soon.

I gotten hit with this Cyber Security progy a few days ago. It kept popping up for a few days and I wasn't sure what it was so I went ahead and did the install. After installation my windows firewall has stopped working. I cant even turn it back on now. When I downloaded a new firewall, it also didn't work. I figure that this program brings your PCs defense down so the government can spy on what you are doing. No spy/addware remover or anti virus program can get rid of this thing either.

It would appear that the NSA can spy on people anyway, since they bought out many of the popular firewalls and antivirus programs sometime back.

Try downloading a squared free from Emsisoft and you might well be pleasantly suprised.

I remember seeing an article in the local paper (either the Press Democrat or the San Francisco Chronicle, forget which, will look it up later.)

It said that GI's would be recieving "Cyber Security" kits. I hadn't read it at the time, but it seemed to be more about them being able to enforce whatever Cyberspace laws or military action rather than to protect their personal computers... I'll try to find a link to an online version of the article.
