I would love for Penny and Sheldon to fall in love with each other BUT I would not want that to happen until the definite last Season of the show. Maybe Penny is going to leave and Sheldon realizes how much he is going to miss her and feelings arise from there... It is just a Shipper delusion I am sure but I think their moments together are the best part of the show! I would love to see both of the characters happy in the end! (^_^)

Like when he loans her money, or she sings Soft Kitty to him when he's sick.

I think a relationship would ruin the show,

Especially soft kitty! lol I think that Sheldon and Penny still have to grow personally before they are romantically involved with anyone. especially each other.
