it is best to send accurate and legible code.Obviously this operator is sending faster than his limits will allow.Send good pure code that every one can appreciate
I never seen one of those and now i understand all the rage. My code speed sucks but I am trying to do better. I hope someday that I can race with my CW...
That key isn't jerky, but you DO have your spacing on the dit side set FAR too wide. If you closed that up some you would see that you can get a much cleaner sound.
In my experience, bug keys require a fairly large contact setting on the dit arm to get a 50% duty cycle on the dit train. He might want to reset the stop to reduce the damper crash, tho'.
Thank you for the nice video ,Iet me know tihs KEY.

You handle a bug very well. I am spoiled by an electronic keyer and can't use a bug any more.

Once again , enormous contact settings resulting in jerky code , a lot of effort and deafening damper noise . All unecessary .

Thanks for advice !
But , This is a BUGKEY,not an electronic
keyer paddle. I think,this is Bugkey sound.

Enjoy the bug key sound ! .

@nobotti
A large "dit gap" can be a good thing, because you get nice, positive hits on your dits. If the spacing is too small, you get "light" dits.
Not everyone can get good at using a Vibroplex. I never was that good. Just the way it is!
