When are we gonna learn to give people a 2nd chance. This sex offender even has 2 kids imagine the colateral damage what his kids have to endure. And especially their dad who's labeled a sex offender is trying to do the right thing by making a honest living.

When will we learn. The vulnerable (kids) will always be vulnerable. We cannot hire sex offenders to work around kids.

Statistically this individual is unlikely to commit a new offense. As a result of this situation the offender was driven out of the area, which results in a high-risk situation.

The public safety is best served when the offender is known to the public and not driven from the public.  However, lack of employment, embarrassment and humiliation for a juvenile offense is not likely to promote this.

How many of us have done things as juveniles for which we are now embarrassed?
