the only thing with taking dna from boba fett is the whole cloning facility was blown up after the order was givin. the empire bombed the hell out of the cloning facility and kamino. its rather impossible now.

@Karutei I don't they ever state what was his issue, beyond calling him a reject and himself saying he never got a try at being a trooper. Looking at him, I'd say he's just deformed. Though the idea of speeding up the clones growth process even more (and failing, apparently) would make sense, too. Also, wookieepedia simply states he was "malformed".
