I'm having a blast with this mod, but I wish the community was larger. I've typically only seen 2 servers full, with the rest being empty or in the single digits. Hopefully, it will gain some momentum in a few more updates.

Also you can check your Bass boost settings of your sound card.

My card has all sorts of effects and EQ etc, When I tried to stream back in the day with EAX enabled, it sounded pretty much the same as your audio, but fine to me on my end.

Change the record volume in the control panel for wave to about mid way, as well check your recorder's settings, and assume you're encoding the video before uploading, check it's sound options. A few will allow different audio codecs and db boosts

@fyrye2 I thought I tried this earlier, but it would seem I was mistaken. A trial recording with the wave and "what u hear" settings at around 5% produced clear, if ridiculously quiet, audio. Now to just finetune it; Hopefully I can get the volume to an audible level without getting more artifacts, either from explosions or decibel boosting in Audacity.

@ragor79 Yeah, I still haven't figured out why the recording kills itself on bass- I thought switching from 7.1 to stereo sound would solve it, but no dice. So I've started putting music in some tracks to help cover it up. If it helps, though, this is how loud things are ingame anyways.
