Why so appealing? In order to OD on marijuana one would have to consume nearly 40,000 times the amount of THC required to intoxicate them. if it takes you 3 'hits' of marijuana to intoxicate you, it would require 120,000 hits to kill you. Thus, it is virtually impossible to die of a marijuana overdose.

A friend that I have known for 12 yrs is the most "straight laced" guy you would ever meet whom also happens to have has Crohn's disease. Obviously if you're inhaling smoke there are going to be negative effects relating to your respiratory system, but marijuana smoke doesn't have anywhere close to the harmful effect that tobacco smoke has. just saying...
