Actually it is. I suceeded on my first try ( took me 27 Min ) using just two sentry's. Just camp in the restaurant with the two sentrys protecting you. To be honest it is a bit tricky watching the front and the side.

During the first waves try snipering the enemies, later just wait for them to come. Damage helicopters / BTRs at the end of each wave. Helicopters are easy to kill the M240.
