istead of modeleing the whole damn thing, u can extrude from a vertex into the side shape, and use a spin tool ;P

Nice tut man. I have used zbrush before and it is pretty fun! A HUGE learning curve though so good luck lol. I am not 100% certain but i think there is either an import or export script for blender and zbrush. Might be of interest to you!

@cganim8or well i guess all you have to do is export it as a .obj file. I havent used zbrush in ages so im not sure if it works or not but its worth a try!
