  • Soooo that's why people tell me to keep strait when like listening to a teacher or watching TV or something to do with sitting and standing.

  • i have Lumbar Lordosis plz tell me how can i cure it

  • Hi,

There are several ways in which you would go about correcting a lumbar lordosis. I would need to assess your posture before providing any advice on correction techniques. Each individual is different.

  • @PostureCorrection hi i have a lordosis too, which muscles i must to strech and wich i must to strengthen?? could u tell me? Tks ;)

  • Hi, i hav a question...i hav scoliosis too & i found this magnetic posture corrector which has 12 embedded magnets aligned down the center spine & across the lumbar region to improve blood circulation & reduce muscle & back pains....im just curious if this will work for scoliotic patients too...does anyone here tried this product?& is it safe?

  • Hi, thank you for your e-mail. I do not use any form of brace, magnetic instruments at all with my approach to Postural Correction. I do know people who have used magnets in the past with great success. I have also worked with lots of people on a 1-2-1 basis who have wuite severe form sof scoliosis and have improved the symptoms by 90%+.

I imagine it will be safe to use magnets but I would check with your doctor before use if you are unsure.

I hope this information helps. Jan

  • @PostureCorrection hi! i wanna know that how much height can be gained after correcting lordosis???

  • Excessive curve in the lower back is an anterior pelvic tilt, not an posterior tilt. A posterior tilt causes a flatback posture. :P

  • im 16 and i have both and you cant get rid of it but you can slow it down from getting worse, same thing scoliosis

  • Go and book an appointment with a local Chiropractor. They are professional and will help you a lot. Then you could go to these videos for simple excercises.

  • What he is saying is Postural kyphosis is cuased by bad posture, wich gives ur upper back/shoulders a rounded shaped look. wich also cuases backpain.
