I saw this when it aired originally. It made the Adam West Batman show look gritty and realistic in comparison.. also yes the batman and robin in this ARE Adam West and Burt Ward. Basically, this was terrible even in its time.

Great funny stuff! I loved it as a kid, and as an adult I can see how it was the 60's Batman moved up 10 years with other heroes added. Plus remember this was 1979 and comics in general while dealing with serious topics at times were not angst ridden like they are now. They were still fun then.

Thought the Flash needed too get too the gym and add some muscle. Hawkman looked good, Green Lantern looked like they needed too upgrade the costume a bit. Like in Green Lantern First Flight. But hey, it was the 70s.

I remember watching this as a kid. Do you have the whole episodes on dvd? Nowadays, Huntress and the Black Canary would need better form fitting costumes, that show cleavage. Especially Huntress, But I guess its network tv so ya couldn't change much then. LOL

Yes, only two. One was the actual adventure. The other was something like Dean Martins Celebrity Roast. I always remember Batman on Jet-skis. I think both shows were an hour each. My dad looked for them too. But never did find them. Does Adam West have a website? Maybe he knows where too look, heck he might even sell copies.
