you are wrong, the US didn't liberate Korea, because after having bring off in Inchon in 1945, they integrated the Japanese collaborators in their government and shot at the Korean Independantist demonstrations.

The Japanese were defeated in 1945 because the American's dropped two atomic bombs on them - it had nothing to do with the Koreans.
Ah Ok. Kim Il Sung with the Soviet Army liberated the north of Korea during August 1945. And the US defeated the Japanese Army in the Pacific, but I can't consider Americans as the "liberators" of Korea.
