@DOCTOROCTAGONAPUSS No actually he used nano swarm as a shield(blue thing with hexagons surrounding the defense bureau) and while it was on he cannot use iron curtain within that circle but since he used some superweapons before the nano swarm. It was still executed/used even though the nanoswarm was activate. Nano swarm description was to block passage inside and out. But it happens to block superweapons as well. I know I tried it when the soviet used vacuum imploder on me. tnx nanoswarm XD

me and my pals will have full blown conscript wars and tank battles, also one time we recreated a city with all 3 tech, there were vehicles on the roads engineers running around and buildings everywhere, THEN we each captured each others tech and nuked'em(meaning we used all our super wepeons i know there is no nuke in RA3) 9... 9 nukes IT WAS EPIC!!!! also we'll do king of the island and stuff like that!!!
