lol, always a fun glitch. Sad thing is, For some reason, whenever I play Secret of Mana, I never get kidnapped by the goblins, meaning the Girl never saves me being cooked alive. It doesn't really affect gameplay at all, but its a sad thing to miss lol

They way you spelled it is also an accepted form of Mana [mah-nah] there is also [man-ey] before you try and start an argument make sure you do your research.
You get catched by the Goblins if you talk to the soldiers in front of the Waterpalace, if you don't you got to fight against the Wolfs to get the blonde girl as far as i know, so it's not a wonder that you haven't met the Goblins.
This glitch was mentioned on a site which listed a bunch of oddities in this game. I was really hoping someone had taken the time to post a vid of it on YouTube.
My favorite "glitch" with this game occurred when I somehow finished the Witch Castle and when I returned to the Water Palace, Luka said NOTHING about Undine but instead instructed me to go straight to the Underground Palace. But I couldn't get into Undine's cave and get magic, so I ended up being able to do the Pandora Ruins instead. End result: I made it all the way to the Wind Palace before making Sylphid my first elemental spirit to learn magic from.
And I thought I played this game too much. It is funny, though.
