Nope. That is not the world record. At a contest I was at they gave me a dnf because of a 0.15. The reason I got it was bacause I lifted up my right hand and accidentall stopped the timer with my left hand still on the stckmat. That was not a maulf function.

It IS the world record, so you already start off by saying an untrue fact. Then the judge can decide differently on it per case. So apparenlty the officials decided that it was not his fault and gave him more attempts.
