  • Phantom failed where all of their newer albums failed. Overproduced and not raw enough. Their first album was by FAR their best. Even doppelganger was too produced. The older versions of the remade songs were all better... including demo versions

  • I seen these guys twice, once in Austin and then in Houston...I was so sad when i found out they broke up.

  • Who's the dick that clicked thumbs down?

  • AREYOUSOLD?!

  • to load and persuade you....TO STAYYYYYYYYY

  • to load and persuade you....TO STAYYYYYYYYY

  • Reaching.for.the.gun

  • It makes me sad that Tom wanted to put out music that appealed to older audiences and stop making agressive music. But, what are you gonna do?

  • brought here by 4chan

  • @andipoetic Why would you speak of such a place here?

  • DID YOU FORGET IM YOUR FRIEND!?

  • TFOT were so much better when they put out stuff like this. It was exciting, interesting and raw. Their later stuff was so bloated, too much guitar-wanking and the lyrics were a bit sucky

  • where can you download this song?

  • we all have our opinions :]

  • best part starts at 2:40

  • The screams are better. The musicianship clearly isn't.

  • @redshift3k I agree completely. I think the newer version is a lot cleaner instrumentally but I really wish Tom screamed the "God's not a goldmine" part on PoTH.

  • @fallforthesky11 On this album HE LACKED alout of the screaming..It really pissed me off

  • @TheFallofTomorrow by the time they remade the ghostships, thomas didnt have as much to scream about. so it didnt end up as much in the music. basically he screamed only in some parts to honor the bands roots, but by PoTH, he didnt really want to scream, u can tell when he played their old stuff live. some parts that were screamed he just sung

  • @TFOT4evr I don't mind that, he really improved his singing voice, but he has a pretty unique scream.

  • @TFOT4evr Wasn't it the bassist who did the screams?

  • @Nolan5k Not all of them, but he did do backing vocals

  • @Nolan5k Thomas did clean vocals and screaming, and bassist did some screaming

  • GOD DAMN. this is the shit i love. wish they were still around, playing the good shit.

  • Sick, sick, sick song. By far my favorite from the group.

  • the thoughts in your head taking hold, and all the knots are tied too tight to hold.

  • i love how raw the GS versions is. i cant stand the other version

  • @nokidhero Me neither dude

  • The phantom of the horizon, in this part eliminate the screams , but is more "symphonic" , i prefered much the ghostship :B

  • yeah BANAGN BAAaang BaAAAang¡!?

  • everybody says this is better than phantom on the horizon, i didn't believe them at first because i listened to the phantom on the horizon first. now i think ghostship is absolutely better.

  • bangbangbangbanggggggg

  • i love that line

  • you know whats funny? this is better than the released version on phantom on the horizon.

  • @XiDraxxiX Way fuckin better..

  • @XiDraxxiX Exactly

  • @XiDraxxiX everything is better on ghostship demos. I hear some of the changes and addition to POTH and I just ask.. Why? Why put a mustache on the Mona Lisa? Or paint the nose of a picasso in the right place? It was right the first time.

  • the best part

  • Awesome
