@shuffleisthebest10 step 1: get adobe flash - it's going to cost you some money, or you can pirate it / download a free 1 month trial.

Either work in frame by frame, or do tweening (you can look that up). It's a very cool animation program, and you can use it to produce video for web, or even applications for iPods and smartphones.
