  • ha, how interesting would it be if this dude screwed himself, aka he doesn't look like the ladies man sex machine he was when he started. I think its safe to say this dude will never look the same. Stretch marks, gaining that much weight that quickly, crazy even his voice changed.

  • Hey cool vids! Thanks for doing this...Sorry if I missed this, but how tall are you? Also, wouldn't it be easier for you to lose the weight after being fit your whole life? For instance, I'm 5'9" and weigh 271. I started to get fat around 29ish years old(after second marriage) since then, I've got down to about 190 about 2 or 3 times(through diet, excersise etc) but I always go back up to 270. It's like my body loves that weight ( I guess 1 problem would be that I love to eat)

  • When I weighed myself a month ago I weighed exactly this. In the past 4 weeks I've completely changed my eating habits, and started pushups every day as well as fast walking. Not the hardest I can go but it's a start. I haven't weighed since, but this weight has been the lowest point in my life. I'm ready to train with you bro, fat2fit here we come!

  • Aren't you worried about having loose skin when you go back to being fit? A lot of people who have been in your area of 70 - 100 lbs overweight end up with loose skin issues when they loose their weight? Did you think of or consider this? Thanks. Interesting experiment and I hope you are not sacrificing too much of your health.

  • Did the body hair started growing when you started growing (*understatement*), because of hormonal changes due to fat gaining and such? Or were you always that hairy and now you simply don't remove it?

  • I started last week some cardio and weight lifting. The food is really hard to figure out because none of it tastes good , but I feel More alert. I watched this man s videos from start to finish and I'm inspired to get into shape.

  • there won't be any saggy skin, it should come back since he just gained the weight. If he got big and stayed big for years it would be bad but the skin will go back.

    I went from 44 waist (pants waist, gut was way bigger) to 32 waist, had no flappy skin

  • I'm sure not only your body but yourself need some rest after an epic weight gain process. I'm scare that your body can't adapt with such a big transformation for second time from fat to fit and cause a health problems. My concept is like a "Trapezium shaped graph" not a "triangle shaped graph". Last please make sure your body is fine and ready for another big transformation again. Take care of yourself first before you help others to realize that losing weight is possible for everyone.

  • On the same time you also need maintain your body metabolism by adjusting your food consumption and finds how your blood pressure behaves while you are overweighted(makes everything normal for your body - "flat graph"). Please not to pressure yourself to lose weight immediately because too rush of it may cause you health problem and side effect. Make sure you have fully regain your energy from sick and have great potential to launch your fat 2 fit project.

  • I have known that your blood pressure is going so high(sys:161 dys:113) which put you into moderate stage 2 high blood pressure. Since you about to comes into an end of the process from fit 2 fat I suggest that you need to reserve some days or weeks to take a rest (as you have getting sick these days) before you start with your journey from fat 2 fit again. The best is 4 weeks where you try not to moves around your weight(maintains your weight).

  • i like what you are attempting to do.  but a couple things to point out.

    1. for a guy who's always been in shape,the recovery really shouldnt be that hard. personally, i dont think 6 months is a long enough sabbatical to really do long termand irrevocable damage. lots of pro athletes do it every off season lol.

    2. i think doing this yo-yo 5-6-7x like millions of people do, that in itself takes a huge toll on the health of the body,as well as the ability to recover.

  • Thanks I am going to lose my weight as you lose weight.. can you show us how you lose weight by telling how many calories you will eat each day and how much exercise you do. I have 40 pounds to lose since having 4 kids. Its so hard to lose and keep it off. I was skinny my whole life and know what it is like being overweight, it is depressing. Thanks for sharing this journey.

  • great change, a normal person would say that you've never been to a gym in his life, however if you put 400lbs on you tube we will see much more fat than you, then do not make it a novel, also consider that you still have an internal muscle and a normal people do not have, your biggest problem will be the excess skin you have now.

  • lots of respect for what you're doing, man. I can't wait for the fat to fit part as well. that should be really interesting. I just hope you can manage yourself back to fit with the same speed and ease you turned into a slob. I wouldn't have dreamt you would become a big blob of fat so quickly. This has already taught us a lot and I'm personally grateful for your efforts.

  • these videos make me so sad for you and your family. i totally get the concept....so i definately understand how you're trying to help people by stepping in their shoes. but..........the damage you are doing to your body.....you can hear how out of breath you always are....it almost sounds like me when i have an asthma attack. it hurts just listening to you talk. there is one HUGE difference between you and people who are obese....you have tons of muscle and hopefully that should help you.

    as far as ur friends/associates/little league kid's parents/etc.. ..for the people who dnt really know for sure why ur doing this,

    well do they ask you why uv gained so much weight? why u look the way u do? what reactions do u get from ppl who once knew u when u were muscular?

  • I'm 6' 2" and 30 like you and currently range from ~250-260 lbs. I once was once 280 lbs and got down to 190 lbs. People said I was too skinny at 190 so this time I am focusing more on the exercise than the weight loss. I have been working out for almost 2 months now and am eager to see how you get back into shape. Best of luck!

  • I'm totally behind what you're doing, its very easy for someone so fit, and so healthy and so strong, a personal trainer like that.. Its so easy for them to tell you to push on and go harder and give up all that food you crave when they don't know what its like to just live like that, for however long. Even six months.. It'll be huge, and i totally appriciate and respect what you're doing to just get an appriciation for what its like for everyone who comes to you for help

  • I'm very glad you're doing this. I'm very much like you, 10 yrs ago about the same size as you are now, lost the weight and looked AMAZING like your before photos, then gained it all back over the years.

  • @lifehackertips it'll be nice to show people how incredibly hard it is to lose weight once you gain it. Biggest loser makes it look easy with people losing 12 lbs a week but that's not real life, not everyone has custom meals made by chefs and can work out 12 hours a day.

  • @lifehackertips Plus, if you do a little research you can find out that MOST of those people put ALL that weight back on. And the ones that don't - the rare ones - end up drowning in skin because they lose weight SO quickly (and not very healthy either) that their skin doesn't have time to adapt with them.

    As soon as you're not working out like a marine every day, and eating 'real world' food that you have to prepare yourself.. things change

  • Really rocking the moobs and love handles first time I really noticed the handles only two weeks left I wonder how much you'll gain by then most likely not much can't wait for the fit stage I hope seeing this will help my bf lose a bit of weight like he wants his goal is a bit smaller then yours his is to just fit a pants size smaller
