Even though Pee Wee looked happy on the outside from 1:31-1:58 that the rain stopped but, I wonder if he was feeling scared on the inside because, on this episode he almost got arrested because Randy (the playhouse bully) made Pee Wee prank call, especially since Pee Wee told the police officer on the phone his full name when the cop asked what his name was so that must mean that the cop is keeping Pee Wee's name in his file which is scary in case he thinks Pee Wee will prank call again.
That's true since he was probably scared if the cop and his wife had caller ID and then the cop was going to come to the playhouse to arrest him. (Probably if the cop really was going to arrest him, maybe Pee Wee's friends in the playhouse would bail him out that he didn't mean it and Randy made him do it and/or Pee Wee can make a wish to Jambi that he wasn't arrested). Or, maybe he wanted to have a fun ride on this scooter in the beautiful day since at 1:33 he said "what a beautiful day."
