Apparently not jsut the film library was affected. Apparently Universal Music had music in there such as Bing Crosby and the Carpenters

I hate to make a joke about this, but I guess this helps Universal's plan of putting in condos around the Lot

Yeah... which I hate that they are turning that large area into condos and appartments. Really wish they would expand to that space.

that's terrible. and you know what's even more sad? i live in so cal and i've never been to Universal Studios Hollywood. but i read this has happened quite a few times and they just rebuild everytime.

Happened in the 90's and I think many many many years earlier. Unfortunatly, it is looking like possibly what was built to deal with fire from last time lead to potentially hindering efforts this time.

The courthouse is still standing... but the other buildings surrounding Courthouse Square are gone.
