Approximately how many jars did this fill for you (assuming ~250ml each)? I want to give a couple away as gifts. And keep a couple for me oh I do love chillis...
Are those green chillies what are known as 'finger' chillies i.e. the really hot ones, rather than just the milder, plain green type? The skin texture certainly suggests this. I once made a chilli dip using 20 of those and it was lethal. However, they weren't cooked for anywhere near as long as here so maybe that makes a difference. You can almost smell the fear, can't you? I love this stuff (and lime pickle) with 'pops' as a starter.
